KEY RISK INDICATORS (KRIs)

Risks are the part and parcel of all kinds of business. The senior leadership of an organization therefore must be aware of the potential risks of the business. A risk management plan is a structured plan vital in decision-making for the enhancement of value and competency levels. The effectiveness of such a plan depends significantly on the usability of the plan in daily operations. The intent in the preparation of such a plan is to identify the risks both existing and evolving with time. The objective of such a plan is to develop corrective and preventive actions to avoid or reduce the unwanted impact of risks on university resources, processes, and systems.
